The Bartlett pear likes acidic, moist, well-drained soil. At a mature height of 12 to 20 feet and a spread of 10 to 20 feet. This tree performs best in zone 5 – 7, and full sun is the ideal condition for this tree, meaning it should get at least six hours of direct, unfiltered sunlight each day.
