It is recognized that under certain conditions the Department and/or the buyer is unable to honor commitments for seedlings ordered.
A full or partial refund will be granted when:
- The Department is unable to fill the order due to the unavailability of quality seedlings.
- The Department made an error when placing the order.
- Department personnel determined that the seedlings were damaged in transit.
- Department personnel failed to fulfill written or implied contractual arrangements for
planting or site preparation.
A refund will be granted with a $20 service fee deducted when the landowner cancels the order
within 30 days of placing the order and before January 15. - NO refunds after January 15.
